Important Vendor Details

Set up begins no earlier than 8:00 am on December 9, 2023 and must be completed by 11:00 am. Teardown of vendor booths may not be prior to 4:30 on the day of the event. The event starts at 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. If you have a large trailer(s) or large booths, you can set up the night before, there is no overnight security. We don't furnish tables, chairs, or tents/pop-ups. Space is limited. There is no refunds for cancellation or no-shows unless event is cancelled. Electric hook-ups are also limited. All requests are handled on a first come basis, but priority will be given to those who participated in the last Hawkins Christmas in the Park. For all returning vendors who would like to request their same booth location as the year before, must have their vendor application and payment in no later than November 28, 2023 midnight.
