Important Vendor Details

Setup begins at 7:00 a.m. Saturday. If you have trailers or large booths, you can set up on Friday between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. However, there is no overnight security. We do not furnish tables, chairs, or tents/pop-ups. Space is limited. Festival runs from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Electric hook-ups are also limited. All requests are handled on a first come basis, but priority will be given to those who participated in the last Hawkins Oil Festival. For all returning vendors who would like to request their same booth location as the year before, must have their vendor application and payment in no later than Friday, September 19, 2025 midnight.
